Hi, I’m Mika, a 27 year old Japanese waitress sharing my life in Japan. Today, I went to cafe. 🌿Buy me coffee☕️.•* ▶ https://buymeacoffee.com/mikainjapan Instagram↓ https://www.instagram.com/mikaslifeinjapan Recipe * Ground pork or beef (or a mix): 100g * Onion: 1/4 piece * Garlic: 1 clove * Curry powder: 1/2 tsp * Ketchup: 1 tbsp * Worcestershire-style sauce (Japanese chúno sauce): 2 tsp * Consommé (bouillon powder): 1/2 tsp * Rice: about 200g * Cherry tomatoes * Lettuce * Cheese (optional) * Tabasco (optional) Instructions • Finely chop the onion. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the onion with the ground meat. Cover with a lid and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion becomes soft and the meat is fully cooked. 2 Shred the lettuce into thin strips. Halve the cherry tomatoes. 3 Add the garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant. Then add the curry powder, ketchup, Worcestershire-style sauce, and consommé. Stir well and cook until everything is evenly combined and aromatic. 4) Serve the rice in a bowl. Top with the meat mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Add Tabasco if you like for extra spice.
