The Bride Was Snowed In for Nine Days — the Rancher Met Every Train Until She Stepped Off

The bride was snowed in for nine days, and every single day the rancher walked to the depot and waited. In this warm clean western romance set in Gunnison, Colorado, in December 1884, shy rancher Tom Ballard promises to meet his mail order bride, Abigail Larkin, on the afternoon train. Then a blizzard closes the mountain pass. While Abby feeds a stranded train, Tom stands on the cold platform, and a smooth banker plots to take his land. A slow burn story about patience, promises kept, and a love that is worth the wait. Grab a cup of tea, get comfortable, and settle in for a gentle story full of heart, hope, and a little humor.
