After the fire and everything that happened with Princess Himea, Nina finally gets the chance to breathe. Her eyesight has returned completely, and Sett is quick to check on her himself. But when Saji asks Nina who Sett really is to her, she struggles to find the right answer. She can’t simply call him the Prince of Galgada, and she can’t explain their past as Alicia and her former fiancé. In the end, the closest description she can give is that Sett is the person who lifted her veil. We also get one of the sweetest Sett and Nina moments in the chapter when Sett suddenly pulls Nina into a hug. Nina is becoming more comfortable around him, and she starts to realize just how warm and happy she feels whenever she is with him. Princess Himea then invites Nina and Sett to Stabia Castle so that she and the king can properly thank them for saving her life. Meanwhile, the story jumps back three months and gives us more insight into Muhulum, Soul, and Azure’s plans. Soul begins to suspect that Azure has a much bigger plan than anyone realizes, especially now that Sett has gone looking for Nina. Back in Fortna, things become even more suspicious. Azure officially disbands the Astral Villa, while Princess Alicia reveals just how frightening her powers can be. She seems to have a completely different relationship with her powers than Nina does, and her ability to use them against the head priestess raises even more questions about what is happening to Azure and the kingdom. Then Azure drops one of the biggest statements of the chapter: he doesn’t intend to become only the king of Fortna. He wants to become the king of the entire world. So is Azure really becoming the villain of the story? Or is there something else going on behind everything he is doing? And while Azure is planning something that could change the entire world, Nina and Sett are getting closer than ever. In this video, we’ll go through everything that happened in Nina the Starry Bride Chapter 48, including Nina and Sett’s relationship, Princess Himea’s invitation, Muhulum’s journey to Stabia, Princess Alicia’s terrifying powers, the Astral Villa being disbanded, and Azure’s mysterious plans for the future. What do you think Azure is planning? And do you think Nina and Sett are finally going to reunite with the others in the next chapters? Let me know your theories and thoughts in the comments.
