Filmed on September 3, 2010, Eugene was approximately 290 pounds as he prepared for his first appearance on the Mr. Olympia stage. Eugene takes us through a heavy upper-body workout focusing on BACK and ARMS, followed by posing at the end of the workout. This footage captures Eugene during the final weeks of preparation for the biggest bodybuilding contest in the world and includes plenty of training footage, commentary, and posing.
