Description

Islamists Never Expected France to Do THIS! - On the twenty-seventh of July, twenty twenty-six, the prefect of Seine-Saint-Denis picked up a pen, signed a single administrative order, and shut down a mosque. Not for what its members did. For what its imams said, and for what the state's own file says they were teaching. The Attaqwa mosque, known locally as Chanteloup, in the town of Aulnay-sous-Bois, was ordered closed for six months. No trial. No jury. No criminal conviction of anyone. A prefect's signature, under a single article of the security code, was enough. That alone would be a familiar story in France. Mosques have been shut this way before. What makes this one different is what the state put in the file to justify it. And it did not just cite sermons, or a banned preacher, or a video calling for violence. It cited scripture. Seven separate passages from the Quran. Two classical religious texts, both roughly eight hundred years old, both written by one of the most widely read scholars in Sunni Islam, Imam al-Nawawi. Texts sold in ordinary Islamic bookshops across France. Taught in mosques from Marseille to Lille without incident. Entered, on paper, as evidence supporting a closure order.
