HE DID IT FOR HIS FAMILY 🥺

Mark Felix didn’t just break a world record — he refused to let go. The Hercules Hold is one of the most brutal events in strongman. With enormous pillars pulling his arms in opposite directions, most athletes eventually have no choice but to release. But Mark kept holding. As the pain became unbearable, he looked toward his family in the crowd. His wife and three sons were there — and suddenly, this wasn’t just about setting a record. He had a reason to keep going. He needed to win. He needed the prize money. And he was willing to push his body far beyond its limits to do it. What happened next is what makes this moment so incredible. While everyone expected him to finally let go, Mark kept fighting through the pain, staying locked in as the seconds passed. Then, at 92 seconds, the pillars finally crashed to the ground. A world record. An unbelievable display of strength. And, more importantly, a moment that showed exactly why Mark Felix is considered one of the GOATs of strongman. Strength isn’t always about being the strongest person in the room. Sometimes, it’s about having a reason to hold on when your body is begging you to quit. ❤️ #MarkFelix #Strongman #HerculesHold #WorldRecord #Strength #StrongmanCompetition #Power #Motivation #Family #Inspiration #Sports #Athlete #GOAT #WorldRecordHolder #StrongmanMotivation #Mindset #NeverGiveUp #Shorts
