God Isn't Punishing You — He's Doing This Instead

You are going through something hard right now. And somewhere in the middle of it, you may have started wondering if God is punishing you for something you did, something you failed to do, or something in your past. In this video, you'll discover why your suffering is not necessarily evidence of God's rejection — and why the difficult season you're walking through may be accomplishing something far more meaningful than punishment. Many believers interpret hardship as a divine verdict against them. When life falls apart, they assume God must be disappointed, angry, or distant. But Scripture gives us a different picture: for those who are in Christ, there is no condemnation. This message will challenge the way you think about suffering, God's discipline, difficult seasons, closed doors, waiting, spiritual growth, and what God may actually be doing when your life does not look the way you expected. You'll discover four ways God may be working through your hardest seasons: developing Christlike character, redirecting you away from what could have hurt you, removing things you've been depending on instead of Him, and preparing you to comfort someone who will one day need the wisdom your pain is producing. If you've ever wondered whether God is punishing you, felt abandoned because of what you're going through, or carried guilt that made you afraid to draw closer to Him, this biblical teaching may completely change the way you see your current season. Your pain is not wasted. Your suffering is not proof that God has rejected you. And the season you wish would end may be producing something in you that could only be formed through it. 📚 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞: Download FaithSketch Bible studies, eBooks, and digital resources to grow in God's Word. 👉 https://ko-fi.com/faithsketch/shop ❤️ 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭:: Help FaithSketch continue sharing God's Word through Ko-fi.
