Description

These Air Fryer Corn Ribs are crispy, flavorful, and seriously addictive! 🌽🔥 This easy corn ribs recipe turns fresh corn into a crunchy air fryer snack with potato starch, smoked paprika, garlic and olive oil. The corn gets golden and crispy, then I serve it with a creamy homemade Greek yogurt garlic sauce with fresh dill and lemon. If you love easy air fryer recipes, this crispy corn snack is a must-try! 🌽 INGREDIENTS Corn Ribs: • 2 medium corn cobs • 1½ tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp potato starch • 1 tsp smoked paprika • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp salt • ¼ tsp black pepper Creamy Garlic Sauce: • 150 g Greek yogurt • Fresh dill, to taste • 2 small garlic cloves, finely chopped • ⅓ tsp salt • ¼ tsp black pepper • Lemon juice, to taste For Serving: • Fresh dill • Grated Parmesan 🔥 HOW TO MAKE 1. Cut the corn into roughly 10 cm pieces, then cut each piece in half lengthwise and into quarters to create corn ribs. 2. Transfer the corn to a bowl and add olive oil. Mix well. 3. Add potato starch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Mix everything until the corn is evenly coated. 4. Lightly spray the Air Fryer with olive oil and place the corn ribs inside. 5. Air fry at 200°C / 400°F for 7 minutes. 6. While the corn cooks, mix Greek yogurt, fresh dill, garlic, salt, black pepper and lemon juice until smooth and creamy. 7. Remove the corn ribs and mix everything well to help them cook evenly. 8. Air fry again at 200°C / 400°F for another 7 minutes. 9. Let the corn ribs rest for a few minutes, then transfer them to a plate. 10. Serve with the creamy garlic sauce and finish with fresh dill and grated Parmesan. 🌽 Crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and perfect as an easy snack or side dish! ❤️ If you enjoyed this recipe, don't forget to like, save, and subscribe for more easy Air Fryer recipes! #airfryer #cornribs #corn #recipe #cooking #snack #crispy #easyrecipes #airfryerrecipes #food #homemade #sidedish #parmesan #garlic #foodie
