Description

"The Warmth of a Stranger’s Hand" is a classic country song with lyrics written by Joseph Patrick Ward from Ireland. He wrote these words from a hospital bed in the Philippines after suffering a stroke on August 15th. Since then, he has managed to get back on his feet after being confined to a wheelchair, despite having little follow-up care. It was during his time in that hospital bed that he wrote these powerful words. I have now composed the melody and turned them into "The Warmth of a Stranger’s Hand". People often assume AI generates my music from scratch. It doesn't.I write the lyrics, apart from this song, compose the melody, play the guitar, and record my own vocal demo until I'm happy with the result. I then use Suno and my custom voice persona as a virtual studio band and vocal production tool to produce my songs the way I want them. #classiccountrymusic #realcountrymusic #countrymusic #traditionalcountrymusic #classicfemalecountry [Verse 1] I came from an island of ancient stones, where the wind remembers every name, and found another island far across the sea, where palms bend low beneath the monsoon rain. [Verse 2] I have slept beneath foreign stars, walked roads I never knew, lost myself and found myself in places the old maps never drew. [Chorus] I have loved. I have wandered. I have fallen, and risen again. I have known the cold hand of loneliness and the warmth of a stranger's hand. [Verse 3] Give me one last mountain to climb, one last long walk beneath the skies where the green world grows wild and nobody asks where I am going. [Chorus] I have loved. I have wandered. I have fallen, and risen again. I have known the cold hand of loneliness and the warmth of a stranger's hand. [Outro] And when the music comes, when the evening light falls softly upon the earth I have loved, give me one last chance to dance. [Final Chorus] I have loved. I have wandered. I have fallen, and risen again. I have known the cold hand of loneliness and the warmth of a stranger's hand.
