LoreStarter - Aquila Renata

Seeing as one of the best parts about a LoreGrave is trying to revive a concept people liked, why not try doing it with a completely fresh scenario instead? The premise is that the White movement wins in the Russian Civil War, and the aftereffects cause radically different outcomes for Asia. Turkey suffers the treaty of Sevres, and the Northern Expedition of the Kuomintang fails, leading to an extended warlord period in China. But what's the WW2? What are the strengths and weaknesses of the scenario? Let's figure it out together!
