She was coming home with Dante, her best friend and the cat she'd been rescued with. More than a year later, Figgy is still tiny enough to fit in one hand — but she has a huge personality. She chirps around the house, demands belly rubs, loves cheese, and patrols the garden like a tiny lion. Then we discovered that Figgy has no kneecaps and spinal growth abnormalities, making jumping difficult for her. Instead of letting that stop her, her family built little ramps and steps around the house so she could keep exploring safely. Figgy may be a forever kitten, but she doesn't live like a fragile cat.
