This time I'm locked to water routes and beaches and general water-y areas like Pacifidlog town. Thank you for all your lovely suggestions, Dewford town is so so cool for a starting point because of the Old Rod and Pokeball spawn. I loosened up the rules a bit on this one and gave myself Surf, Dive, and Fly so I could fully explore all of the amazing water that Hoenn has to offer. This challenge I really slowed things down, I played on vacation, I really read the dialogue of every trainer, and truly enjoyed the vibes of these routes, I hope some of that enjoyment shined through on this video :) I wish I could have saved Brawley unbattled! But I had to play through the game until I got surf and dive and fly, and then I boxed all my team and started fresh! I did do my rom hacking magic to change the seafloor cavern door to lead to the elite four, but my rom hacking skills end there and I couldn't figure out how to tick the flag for Brawley to unbattled lol. I have a few really fun videos coming up! One is the whole entire reason I made this channel in the first place, I'm super excited for it.
