#lennar #housingmarket #realestate #millrose #homebuilders A brand-new Lennar home in Wesley Chapel, Florida was listed at $490,990 in April, cut repeatedly, and sold for $409,300, more than $80,000 below where it started. The buyer was MRP Liberty LLC, which listed the same house for rent at $2,825 a month and traces back to Millrose Properties, the land company Lennar spun off in 2025. According to Hunterbrook, Millrose-related entities bought more than 700 Lennar homes across 51 counties in 15 states, roughly $200 million of property, in about a month.
