KINGDOM STARTED FROM ASHES

RX-HOWL x HFTG — THIS KINGDOM STARTED FROM ASHES Born from broken promises, forgotten souls, and the ashes of a life that refused to end, A KINGDOM STARTED FROM ASHES is an anthem about rebuilding yourself when everything falls apart. Not a kingdom inherited by bloodline or handed down by power, but one built through survival, sacrifice, and the refusal to stay buried. THE KINGDOM WAS EARNED. Welcome to the world of RX-HOWL. 🎵 **LYRICS — THIS KINGDOM STARTED FROM ASHES** [INTRO — HOWLS] They told me everything would burn... And maybe they were right. I've seen kingdoms fall to silence. I've watched the strongest lose their light. But somewhere underneath the ashes... A voice refused to die. "You don't inherit a kingdom..." "You survive long enough to build one." [VERSE 1 — RX] I remember every night I couldn't sleep, Every promise buried six feet deep. All the pieces of the person I had been, All the wars I fought that no one ever witnessed. I wore my scars beneath a borrowed smile, Kept on walking when I hadn't felt alive. They saw the ashes, thought the story had an end, But I was gathering the strength to rise again. I don't need their permission anymore, I don't need to be the girl I was before. Every failure left a mark upon my skin, Every ending was a place to begin. [PRE-CHORUS — RX] I hear the voices from the ruins, Calling out my name. They thought the fire would consume me, But I learned to hold the flame. [CHORUS — RX + HOWLS] RX: THIS KINGDOM STARTED FROM ASHES! HOWLS: FROM EVERY THRONE THEY LEFT TO BREAK! BOTH: WE BUILT THESE WALLS FROM ALL THE PIECES THEY THOUGHT WE'D NEVER GET TO TAKE! RX: I CARRIED FIRE THROUGH THE DARKNESS! HOWLS: I HEARD THE DEAD CALL OUT OUR NAME! BOTH: THIS KINGDOM STARTED FROM ASHES! WE ROSE FROM EVERYTHING THAT BURNED IN FLAMES! [VERSE 2 — HOWLS] I've seen the way the shadows take their toll, How they carve a little deeper in your soul. You can wear a crown and still be ruled by fear, You can fill a thousand halls and still be empty here. I know the language of the abandoned, The cold of a room when the lights go out. The sound of a dream being slowly dismantled, And the silence that follows the doubt. But I don't kneel to the ghosts of the past, I don't build my future from the things that didn't last. If the world wants a monster, let it stare into the flame, I'll turn every scar into a monument of pain. "Remember what it cost you." [PRE-CHORUS 2 — RX + HOWLS] RX: I used to run from every shadow, Afraid of what I'd find. HOWLS: But every ghost that tried to claim you Left a weapon in your mind. RX: Now I can feel the ground beneath me— HOWLS: Now I can hear the kingdom call— BOTH: If this is where the old world ends, Then let the broken towers fall! [CHORUS 2 — BOTH] THIS KINGDOM STARTED FROM ASHES! FROM EVERY THRONE THEY LEFT TO BREAK! WE BUILT THESE WALLS FROM BROKEN PIECES, THEY THOUGHT WE'D NEVER GET TO TAKE! I CARRIED FIRE THROUGH THE DARKNESS! I HEARD THE DEAD CALL OUT OUR NAME! THIS KINGDOM STARTED FROM ASHES! WE ROSE FROM EVERYTHING THAT BURNED IN FLAMES! [BRIDGE — RX] I won't pretend the fire didn't hurt me, I won't erase the nights I couldn't breathe. There are pieces of the past still inside me, But they don't get to decide who I will be. I lost so much I thought I'd never recover, I watched the old foundations disappear. But somewhere in the wreckage of the person I was, I found a reason to still be here. "I am not what they destroyed..." "I am what I chose to build." [DARK BRIDGE — HOWLS] You want to know what lives beneath the crown? The ones who fell... The ones who drowned... The names the world refused to remember, The souls still burning underneath the embers. No gold. No bloodline. No throne handed down. Just iron in the bones And a kingdom from the ground. "Let them remember..." "We were never meant to stay buried." [BREAKDOWN — RX + HOWLS] RX: I remember every flame. HOWLS: I remember every scar. RX: I remember who I was. HOWLS: And I know how far we've come. RX: They couldn't take my voice. HOWLS: They couldn't kill the sound. BOTH: THEY LEFT US WITH THE ASHES— AND WE BUILT THIS KINGDOM FROM THE GROUND! [FINAL CHORUS — RX + HOWLS] THIS KINGDOM STARTED FROM ASHES! FROM EVERY NIGHT WE FOUGHT TO SURVIVE! WE BUILT THESE WALLS FROM BROKEN PIECES, AND WE REFUSED TO LET THEM DIE! I FOUND MY FIRE IN THE DARKNESS! I FOUND MY VOICE BENEATH THE GRAVE! THIS KINGDOM STARTED FROM ASHES! WE ARE THE ONES WHO WOULD NOT FADE! THIS IS MY CROWN! THIS IS OUR KINGDOM! BORN FROM THE FIRE— FORGED IN THE PAIN! THIS KINGDOM STARTED FROM ASHES! AND WE WILL NEVER BURN THE SAME! [OUTRO — HOWLS → RX] HOWLS: Every kingdom has a graveyard. Every crown has a cost. RX: But not every soul that breaks... Stays lost. BOTH: "This kingdom started from ashes" RX-HOWL — KEEP HOWLING. STAND TALL.
