Abandoned Lakeside House with a Spiral Staircase Rebuilt Into a Fairytale Home | Renovation ASMR

This home restoration and design concept follows the incredible transformation of an abandoned, overgrown lakeside retreat into a breathtaking, fairytale-inspired Transitional Lakeside haven. The property begins in a state of severe decay, swallowed by stubborn creeping vines, tall wild weeds, and a rotting, crumbling roof. Witness the forgotten exterior with its shattered black-framed windows, the dilapidated kitchen buried under thick dust and cobwebs, and the neglected bedroom overwhelmed by peeling wallpaper, heavy debris, and a rusted, broken bed frame. The final result is a stunning, sunlit lakeside sanctuary that perfectly balances classic traditional elegance with clean, relaxed coastal charm. The completely redesigned exterior features a brand-new pristine slate tile roof, meticulously restored stone masonry, crisp white wooden siding, classic French-style multi-pane windows, and a sweeping wooden deck surrounded by a vibrant garden of blooming hydrangeas and roses. Inside, the home flows seamlessly into a Transitional Lakeside style. The revitalized living room blends neutral tones with elegant light fixtures and comfortable, modern-classic seating. The reconstructed kitchen becomes a bright, inviting space with sleek cabinetry, natural wood accents, and breathtaking lake views. The bedroom is reborn as a peaceful sanctuary highlighting serene light blue landscape-patterned wallpaper, gleaming light hardwood floors, woven wood window blinds, a classic white multi-arm chandelier, and a cozy beige armchair reading nook by the bay windows. Every space is illuminated with bright natural sunlight and a serene, inviting atmosphere. 0:00 Exploring the Abandoned Lakehouse 0:31 Exterior & Landscaping Renovation 3:17 Living Room Renovation 5:58 Kitchen Renovation 8:29 Bedroom Renovation #abandonedhouse #houserenovation #lakehouse #homerestoration #transitionaldesign #lakesideretreat #bedroommakeover #beforeafter #timelapseconstruction #renovationasmr #fairytaleco
