Description

8 Healthy Habits of a Proverbs 31 Woman What does it actually look like to live like a Proverbs 31 woman in the middle of real, everyday life? In this video, we’re talking about 8 healthy habits of a Proverbs 31 woman—not as a checklist for perfection, but as practical ways we can grow in character, wisdom, strength, stewardship, and faith. The Proverbs 31 woman wasn’t perfect, and neither are we. We don’t earn God’s grace through what we do. Grace is a gift. But because we’ve already been loved by God, we can choose to live in a way that reflects Him. We’ll talk about: • Building godly character when nobody is watching • Loving your husband well • Being intentional with your time • Working eagerly instead of living idle or lukewarm • Strengthening your body for the work God has given you • Being wise with money and what God has entrusted to you • Replacing fear with God’s truth and a sound mind • Being present and attentive to the affairs of your household My hope is that you’ll walk away encouraged—not feeling like you need to do more, but inspired to become a little more like Christ in the ordinary moments of your day. “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” — Proverbs 31:25 🏋️‍♀️ STRENGTH TRAINING Here’s the exercise channel I mentioned in the video: 👉 https://www.youtube.com/@KaleighStrength 🥤 HEALTHY LENTIL SMOOTHIE Yes, lentils in a smoothie! This is an easy way to add extra protein and fiber to your day, and you really don’t taste the lentils. Makes 4 servings: * 4 tablespoons cooked and cooled lentils * 2 cups oat milk * 2 tablespoons honey * 2½ cups frozen fruit * Pinch of salt * 1 scoop protein powder, optional * Fresh mint for serving, optional Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with a sprig of fresh mint if desired. 🥗 EASY LENTIL SALAD This is a great make-ahead lunch and an easy way to incorporate more whole foods into your week. For the lentils: Cook 2 cups uncooked green lentils according to the package directions. Allow them to cool completely. This should give you approximately 2–3 cups of cooked lentils. Dressing: * ½ cup olive oil * 4 teaspoons lemon zest * 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice * 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard * 2 teaspoons honey * 2 cloves garlic, minced * Salt and pepper, to taste Salad: * 2–3 cups cooked and cooled green lentils * 2 English cucumbers, finely diced * 2 red bell peppers, finely diced * 1 small red onion, finely diced * 1 cup minced fresh herbs (parsley, mint, and cilantro) * 1 cup feta cheese crumbles Whisk the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Add the cooled lentils, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, fresh herbs, and feta. Toss everything together until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 🤍 LET’S CONNECT If you’re a Christian woman who wants to live more intentionally, simplify your home, grow in your faith, and find joy in the ordinary days God has given you, I’d love for you to subscribe and join me here.
