Who is Preggy Padayachee: Radovan Krejcir Links, Top Cops and Madlanga Commission

Feroz Khan, Madlanga Commission: Preggy Padayachee, the uncle-in-law and close associate of dismissed former Crime Intelligence Major-General Feroz Khan, has reportedly been shot and killed on the R21 in Ekurhuleni — just hours before Khan is scheduled to testify behind closed doors before the Madlanga Commission. According to police, a driver was shot after shots were fired at a vehicle on the R21 towards OR Tambo International Airport. A passenger was wounded, while another occupant reportedly escaped unharmed. Police are investigating cases of murder and attempted murder, and the motive has not yet been established. Padayachee previously spoke publicly after Feroz Khan was shot in Houghton in June 2026. His death now comes on the eve of Khan's highly sensitive testimony before the Madlanga Commission. But who was Preggy Padayachee? In this video, we look at Padayachee's reported links to retired Lieutenant-General Vineshkumar “Moonoo” Moonoo, former senior police officer and one-time head of SAPS Detective Services, as well as allegations contained in investigative material involving convicted criminal Radovan Krejcir. We also revisit evidence and allegations previously raised at the Madlanga Commission concerning Feroz Khan, Padayachee, Moonoo and alleged links to the illicit tobacco world. Khan is expected to testify in camera, meaning the public will not be able to watch or listen to the proceedings. His testimony is expected to address allegations previously presented to the Commission in his absence, including matters involving alleged corruption and sensitive investigations. IMPORTANT: This video discusses allegations, investigative claims and information reported by various sources. Allegations are not proof of guilt, and no connection between Preggy Padayachee's shooting and Feroz Khan's testimony has been established by police at this stage. #PreggyPadayachee #FerozKhan #MadlangaCommission #SouthAfrica #TrueCrimeSouthAfrica #SouthAfricanCrime #R21Shooting #VineshkumarMoonoo #RadovanKrejcir #CrimeIntelligence #SAPS #OrganisedCrime #JohannesburgCrime #Ekurhuleni #breakingnews
