Naruto Live Action. Episode 1 - Part 2

SHINOBI (忍) — The Will of Flame | Episode 1 A live-action reinterpretation of the story of the most hated ninja in his village — fully AI-generated (Seedance, GPT reference images, editing and color grading in DaVinci Resolve). Let's be honest: this episode is far from perfect. Continuity errors, drifting faces, shots I wish I could have redone ten times. But at some point, you have to release something — even imperfect — instead of polishing in the void. This is version 1 of what I'm capable of today. This project taught me a lot: directing AI "actors", writing prompts like shot lists, keeping visual consistency across dozens of generations, balancing sound, light and pacing. Every visible mistake in this episode is a lesson for the next one. And someday, why not: launching the series for real, episode after episode. But there's a lot of work to do before I get there.
