If you’re looking at the length of this video and you’re surprised that our investigation into stolen Legos is this big, trust us, so are we. But there’s a good reason for it.
The case of the $200,000 Missing Lego has become one of the biggest YouTube scandals of all time. Most of you have probably heard of it. But very few, perhaps even none of you, know the full story.
That’s because what seems to be a simple story of a family losing their Lego collection is actually a convoluted series of events that may have exposed a hidden system designed to allow those who have money and power to abuse those who don’t. Something that is relevant to all of us.
A greedy corporation stealing from average everyday citizens. A corrupt police department obstructing justice from being served. And a flawed legal system that protects corporate interests rather than the rights of individuals.
It all started when a youtuber tried to get the family their collection back, only to be sued into silence by the corporation and violently threatened by police to the point that he fled the country. Ever since then, other YouTubers have stepped up to carry the torch that he lit. Coffeezilla even threw his detective hat in… uncovering even more evidence, including the U-Haul truck that may have been used to steal the Lego. But it’s still not solved. Where did the Legos actually go? And who’s really responsible?
Our original plan with this video was to gather all of the most important pieces of evidence, in one place, and if nothing else, keep the torch burning. But then, during our investigation, we found something unexpected. Redditors with new evidence that might just expose the truth, one of them a witness to a suspicious event that nobody seems to know about.
So, we talked to a few people, including the Redditor witness, and U-Haul, and let’s just say… things are NOT looking good for the corporation who may or may not have stolen an old man’s Lego collection that was supposed to pay for his grandkids’ college education.
But as we often say on this channel, in order to understand the evidence, you need to understand the full context.
So let’s see what is really going on here. And put it together… brick by brick.
Let’s get into it.
