After highlighting the issue and setting an ultimatum for the Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) to complete the work, the campaigners have welcomed the restoration of the lights. However, they have stressed that the lighting must be maintained consistently and the necessary work completed properly. The development has also raised questions about why public protests are needed to ensure basic civic responsibilities are fulfilled. The campaigners say the return of the lights demonstrates the importance of public participation and accountability. #AnjunaBeach #GTDC #GoaTourism #PublicAccountability #Goemkarponn Goemkarponn links https://www.facebook.com/goemkarponn https://www.instagram.com/goemkarponn/ https://x.com/goemkarponnlive
