Serafim is out doing a training session with his dog, working on focus. Another owner with their dog starts walking over to let them meet. Serafim immediately and calmly says “no thank you” and creates space, so the dogs don’t interact. He keeps his dog engaged and focused on him instead. Later he explains why he’s so firm about it — his dog had been bitten by another dog in the past, so that kind of random on-leash greeting can be stressful and risky. For him, saying no isn’t about being rude, it’s about protecting his dog and respecting the training session. #moments #shorts
