The Cave (2005): They Were About to Wake Something Ancient | Full Scene

Deep beneath the ruins of a 13th-century abbey, Dr. Nicolai shows the expedition team a series of ancient murals and mosaics that reveal something disturbing about the site. According to local folklore, the church wasn't simply built as a place of worship, it was deliberately constructed over the cave system to act as a sacred barrier. As the team prepares to explore the enormous cave system below, they ignore the ominous warning that they may be heading somewhere humans were never meant to enter. Starring Cole Hauser, Morris Chestnut, Piper Perabo, Eddie Cibrian, Daniel Dae Kim, and Lena Headey.
