12 Deadly Weapons Amazon Ships With NO Background Check

Amazon will ship a rifle powerful enough to drop an elk straight to your porch — no background check, no permit, no license. Because on paper, it isn't a "gun" at all. In this video we count down 12 deadly weapons you can order online today with zero paperwork — from a full-auto BB gun that only sounds lethal, to a .50-caliber air rifle that makes 705 foot-pounds of energy and can legally take deer, hogs, and elk. The line the law draws was never about how hard something hits. It's about one thing: whether it burns gunpowder. Swap powder for compressed air, CO2, or a spring, and a device with real killing power lands legally closer to a Nerf blaster than a deer rifle. We climb from the loudest bluff to the one that shouldn't be legal — but is.
