https://prepperpete.netlify.app ☝️ 50 SPAM recipes, most under $1 a serving Discover the only 5 canned soups that will actually keep you alive, because most of that aisle is water you are paying to store and a shelf full of it will not feed anyone for a week. From chicken noodle that belongs with your first aid kit rather than your meals, to condensed cream soups that hold twice the food in the same space, chunky clam chowder, beef stew style cans and the surprising number one pick, split pea with ham, this guide ranks the best survival soups by calories per can, protein, cost and how much work they need before you can eat them. Learn which can covers the fat that almost every stockpile is missing, which one is your first forty eight hours food and why you should keep it out of the everyday cupboard, why the cheapest can in the shop beats the beef stew on protein, and the ten second test that lets you judge any can on any shelf without a list.
