You Haven't Lost Your Faith — You've Just Stopped Doing This

You still believe in God. But somewhere along the way, the fire faded. Prayer started feeling like an obligation. The Bible stopped holding your attention. And now you quietly wonder if you have lost something you will never get back. In this video, you'll discover why you may not have lost your faith at all — it may simply have become dormant because you stopped doing the things that once kept it alive. Many believers assume that spiritual dryness means their faith is gone. They feel ashamed, distant from God, and afraid that they somehow failed beyond recovery. But Scripture gives a different picture: sometimes what needs to happen is not starting over, but waking up and strengthening what remains. This message will challenge the way you think about spiritual dryness, Bible reading, prayer, Christian community, obedience, spiritual growth, and what it truly means to keep your faith alive. You'll discover four things that can quietly weaken your faith: neglecting the Word of God, turning prayer into a performance instead of an honest relationship, withdrawing from Christian community, and living in a way that no longer requires you to trust God. If you've ever felt spiritually numb, wondered why prayer no longer feels the way it used to, or feared that you have lost your faith, this biblical teaching may reveal that your faith is not gone — it is simply waiting to be stirred again. You don't need to start your entire spiritual life over. You need to come near again. Return to the Word. Return to honest prayer. Return to community. And take the next step of obedience. 📚 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞: Download FaithSketch Bible studies, eBooks, and digital resources to grow in God's Word. 👉 https://ko-fi.com/faithsketch/shop ❤️ 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭:: Help FaithSketch continue sharing God's Word through Ko-fi.
