Car Rams Horse Cart Loaded With Iron Rods In UP!

A horrifying accident was caught live on CCTV in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh, showing just how dangerous open road transport can be when reckless drivers are around! 🛑🚗 In the video shared by @avnish.kumar.3557440, a horse cart transporting dozens of long, sharp iron rods (sariya) was passing through a link road near Hiralal Dharamshala. Suddenly, a speeding silver car rammed into the cart from behind and sped away without stopping! The severe impact threw the heavy iron rods straight toward the side of the street where people were standing right outside shops. Miraculously, pedestrians stepped back just in time, narrowly escaping a horrific catastrophe. The cart driver sustained a fractured leg, and local authorities are currently investigating the CCTV footage to identify and apprehend the hit-and-run driver. What kind of strict penalties should be enforced against hit-and-run drivers?
