सूर्या में नहीं, श्रेयस अय्यर में है ये खास बात! पूर्व कोच ने खोल दिया सबसे बड़ा राज! Shreyas Iyer’s captaincy is under scrutiny as India face New Zealand in the ongoing T20I series. Comparisons with former captain Suryakumar Yadav have increased after India suffered series defeats against Ireland and England under Iyer. However, former batting coach Abhishek Nayar believes comparing the two captains is unfair. He explained that Suryakumar’s tenure involved mostly home and subcontinental matches, while Iyer has led India across challenging overseas tours, including England, Zimbabwe, Japan, and New Zealand. India have also won series against Zimbabwe, Afghanistan, and West Indies under Iyer. The New Zealand series now presents another important opportunity for Iyer to prove his leadership.
