Description

The 1980s gave us Back to the Future, Top Gun, and the Walkman. It also gave us some of the most hideous cars that have ever rolled out of a factory. Designers had new tools, new technology, and brand new fuel economy rules to worry about. And somehow they decided the answer to all of it was a straight edge and a dream. Some of these cars were ugly because of bad budgets. Some were ugly because of bad ideas. And a few were ugly because somebody in a boardroom looked at a sketch and said, "Yeah, ship it." Today I'm counting down the 10 ugliest cars of the 1980s. Some of them will make you laugh. Some of them might hurt your feelings if you owned one. And number one is a car that GM fans have been trying to forget for 40 years. Let's get into it.
