He brings out his food cart from a nearby warehouse, unloads the benches, carefully arranges everything, sweeps the ground, and cleans the entire sitting area. Every little detail reflects his dedication to serving customers in a clean and welcoming environment. After completing the cleaning, he sets up traditional wood-fired stoves and lights the fire using wooden logs. Large cooking pots are placed over the burning flames, filled with delicious traditional Pakistani curries. His special dishes include mouthwatering Desi Chicken Curry, Spicy Red Chicken Shorba, Anda Chana, Chickpea Curry, Kofta Curry, and Fresh Naan.
