Description
On Saturday, June 7, 2026, a Jacksonville Sheriff's Deputy was traveling on I-95 when he noticed a SUV with a tag that said "Private Property." As he was checking the tag, the SUV moved two lanes to the right and slowed drastically. The officer believed the driver was trying to avoid him, so he slowed down himself and got behind the vehicle to pull it over. This PRA video serves as an educational resource for understanding the "Resisting Without Violence" statute, as well as the protocols officers follow when navigating constitutional challenges in the field.
