Simple mountain cottage life: butter and steak 🧈🥩 #homestead #cozy

Experience slow living with a quiet day in a cozy mountain cottage. Watch as I prepare a simple meal while the rain falls outside. This rainy day routine captures the stillness of life in the mountains. I start by making fresh homemade butter from cream in a glass jar, then move to the kitchen to pan-sear a warm, comforting steak. It is a quiet process, meant to help you unwind and find a bit of calm in your own busy schedule. Whether you need aesthetic ASMR for studying or just want to practice mindfulness at home, I hope these simple movements bring you rest. There is something uniquely grounding about the sound of the fire and the rain against the window while cooking a meal from scratch.
