Description

After 50, the largest single muscle in your body is usually the one that stopped working. Not because it got weak from age, but because it stopped being asked to do anything. You sit for eight or ten hours a day, the muscle goes quiet, and your lower back quietly picks up the job it was never built for. You notice it in the mirror first. You feel it on the stairs later. The problem is that the standard advice never fixes it. You get told to squat, deadlift and lunge, and those lifts spread the work across five or six muscles at once. Something else always gives out first, so the muscle you were actually trying to train finishes the set barely touched. Then you're too sore to move properly for the next four days, which means you're training it once every ten days at best. That is not enough to change anything. In this video I show you the two movements that solve both problems. One loads the muscle where it's stretched and long. The other loads it at full lockout, at the very end of the hip movement, where almost no man over 50 has any real strength left. Between them, they cover the entire job. You don't need a gym, a barbell or a machine. A low step and the edge of your couch is the whole setup, which means you can do all of it at home. I also show you exactly how to know when to progress, so you're not guessing, plus a ninety second addition at the end that most men skip completely. Skip it and you'll still get results. You just won't get all of them. Twice a week. About fifteen minutes. That's the entire ask. This channel is built around one idea: the body you have at 50, 60 or 70 responds to training just as well as it did at 25, as long as you stop training like you're 25. Everything here is simple, joint friendly and designed for real strength you can use, not for a scoreboard. Subscribe and turn on notifications so you don't miss the next one.
