CAUGHT IN A CRAZY DOWNPOUR — Returned to My Cabin in the Forest | Bushcraft

Caught in a sudden downpour while refining my bushcraft shelter, I retreated to the cabin for some quiet time. The day began with the physical work of outdoor living. I spent hours chopping and stacking timber, ensuring I had enough wood storage to keep the hearth burning through any weather. It is satisfying to see the structure come together, knowing that every log placed adds to the stability of the camp. When the sky opened up, the focus shifted from construction to comfort. Watching the storm roll in from the safety of the cabin life I have built here is a rare treat. With a hot meal cooking on the stove and the rhythmic sound of rain against the roof, the forest becomes a sanctuary.Subscribe for weekly outdoor living breakdowns, and let me know in the comments if you prefer rainy days or sunny weather for your bushcraft projects.
