We're making a beautiful GIANT banana bread from scratch using ripe bananas and simple homemade ingredients. Without depending on a modern electric oven, we're taking our baking back to the traditional countryside kitchen and using FIREWOOD. Controlling the heat while baking over firewood requires patience and experience, but that's what makes the process so interesting to watch.
