📗 My book, Waste Nothing: https://pastoreliwhitfield.com/ Half a cart of groceries, and the total makes you stare at the receipt in the parking lot. Your grandmother fed a table of eight on a fraction of that, and she did it with a pantry of plain bulk sacks. In this video, Pastor Eli counts down the 11 staples she kept, every one under $5 at Walmart today, about $40 for the whole list. He shows you the real shelf prices, where the same oats cost nearly 5 times more in a little cup, and the one staple that goes bad in your pantry if you overbuy it. Number one is the cheapest real protein in the whole store. Prices were checked on the Walmart website when this was made, and they change and vary by store. Waste nothing. And God bless. #PantryStaples #FrugalLiving #OldWays #Walmart #WasteNothing
