Where Every Blues Song Found a Home | Raw Delta Harmonica

Step onto an old wooden porch in the Mississippi Delta, where every Friday night ended with one more song. Experience authentic Pre-War Delta Blues, Raw Delta Harmonica, Country Blues, weathered acoustic guitars, and the timeless spirit of a real front porch jam. Every Friday, neighbors followed the same dusty road to Big Jim's porch. No invitations were needed—they simply knew the music would be waiting. Inspired by the authentic Mississippi Delta Blues traditions of the 1930s and 1940s, this continuous session recreates the joyful sound of rural America before electric blues transformed the genre. Featuring seven continuous original performances, expressive harmonica, weathered acoustic guitars, relaxed call-and-response, and an authentic field-recording atmosphere, every song flows naturally into the next, just like an unforgettable Friday night with old friends.
