Animals Caught Doing the Unexpected

Copyright Disclaimer under Section 107 of the Copyright Act: Our videos are independently created and heavily transformed for commentary, educational, informational, and entertainment purposes. Each video typically takes approximately 3–5 hours to produce. Our process includes researching and gathering relevant clips from multiple sources, selecting and restructuring footage, writing an original script, recording or creating original voiceovers, adding custom sound effects and music, captions, transitions, visual effects, zooms, cuts, pacing changes, graphics, overlays, color adjustments, and other substantial edits. The clips used are not simply re-uploaded in their original form. They are edited, rearranged, narrated, and combined with original commentary and creative elements to provide additional context, new meaning, and meaningful value to the viewer in every video. We aim to ensure that each Short contributes something original through narration, explanation, storytelling, editing, context, educational information, or commentary rather than merely reproducing existing footage. Under Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act, fair use may apply for purposes including criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.
