The 6 False Gospels Destroying the Church Today

The 6 False Gospels Destroying the Church Today There are false gospels that sound Christian, look Christian, and even use the name of Jesus — but are not the true Gospel. In this video, we expose 6 false gospels that can quietly replace the biblical message of salvation: the Prosperity Gospel, Cheap Grace, the Self-Help Gospel, the Social Gospel, the Universalist Gospel, and the Self-Centered Gospel. These false teachings can change what we believe about sin, repentance, grace, the cross, salvation, judgment, and what it truly means to follow Jesus Christ. The Bible calls us to examine what we believe and compare every message with the truth of Scripture. So in this video, we look at what these six false gospels teach and contrast them with the biblical Gospel of Jesus Christ. The true Gospel is not a promise of an easy life, a self-help program, or a guarantee of earthly success. It is the message that we have sinned against God, that Jesus Christ died for our sins and rose again, and that we are called to repent, believe, and follow Him. If you've ever wondered what the Bible actually says about true Christianity, saving faith, repentance, grace, salvation, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ, watch until the end. Examine what you believe. Test every message against Scripture. And make sure your faith is built on the true Gospel — not a counterfeit.
