The shop is located inside a historic building in Peshawar that is around 150 years old, while the shop itself has been operating for approximately 16 years. During my visit, I interviewed the owner and learned about his family business. His father, Wale Sahib, was also involved in selling traditional Beef Siri Paya, and now this traditional food business continues with the next generation. ❤️ Although I couldn’t film the cooking process, I had the opportunity to meet the vendor, learn about his story, and explore this unique food spot hidden in the historic streets of Peshawar.
