Besides that, it also gets key features like chrome rims with spoke wheels, black mirrors, old-school license plate and a classic tail lamp reminiscent of earlier models. The motorcycle rides on the J-platform, featuring a 349 cc, single-cylinder, air-oil cooled motor that produces 20.2 hp and 27 Nm. It comes mated to a five-speed gearbox. The bike also includes a 300mm front disc and 153mm rear drum brakes, backed by single-channel ABS for enhanced safety. Positioned just above the military variant, the Battalion Black edition fits snugly within Royal Enfield's diverse lineup, which also includes the Black Gold and Standard variants.
