Flugel is Subaru from The FUTURE [Re:Zero]

Subaru is widely believed to be Flugel’s reincarnation, the most popular theory in the Re:Zero fandom. However, this notion is entirely incorrect. In fact, Flugel is Subaru, and in the distant future, Subaru will become Flugel, which is also the distant past. If you find the concept of time travel in this universe to be absurd, consider this: Echidna created a character 400 years ago who was later sent into the future, which is now the present. Thus, the precedent for time travel is already established in canon, and it all contributes to explaining the true identity of the Sage. Now, this may seem confusing at first, but I’ll explain it in detail.
