The Story of Joanna | The Wealthy Woman Who Chose To Follow Jesus ⭐

Discover the remarkable story of Joanna, the wealthy woman who left the comfort of Herod’s royal court to follow Jesus. As the wife of Chuza, King Herod’s steward, Joanna possessed status, influence, and financial security. Yet none of it could heal the suffering she carried. After encountering Jesus and being restored, she devoted her resources to supporting His ministry—even though doing so could have cost her reputation, comfort, and safety. Joanna remained faithful through Christ’s ministry, crucifixion, and burial. Then, on the third day, she became one of the first people to discover the empty tomb and proclaim that Jesus had risen. Though the Bible mentions her only briefly, Joanna’s life reveals the extraordinary power of quiet generosity, courageous faith, and complete surrender to God.
