D-DAY 1944: Surviving Omaha Beach | WW2 Short Film

D-Day. Omaha Beach. June 6, 1944. The first wave is going ashore. For Jack Cooper and Tom Doyle, reaching the sand is only the beginning. From the invasion fleet and Higgins boats to the exposed beach, barbed wire and German bunkers, follow a small group of American soldiers fighting their way inland during the Normandy landings. Amid a battle far larger than their squad, survival depends on the man beside them. An original AI-assisted cinematic World War II short film from History Reforged — a story of fear, courage, friendship and the cost of getting through. The characters and their individual mission are fictional. This is a dramatized story set during D-Day, not archival footage or a documentary reconstruction of a specific unit's actions.
