Michael Bennett & Christian Hale – Lord, I’m Not Ready to Die | Emotional Christian Duet

“Lord, I’m Not Ready to Die” is an emotional Christian duet performed by Michael Bennett and Christian Hale, telling the story of a 90-year-old man who is afraid of dying and still longs for a little more time. He still loves his morning coffee, his old front porch, Sunday mornings, and hearing his family laugh. With a trembling heart, he asks the Lord to stay close, protect him, and give him one more day. Beside him, Christian Hale answers with words of faith and reassurance — reminding him that God hears every prayer, understands every fear, and will never leave him alone. This heartfelt song is about aging, fear of death, faith, mercy, family, Heaven, prayer, and God’s everlasting love.
