De’Souza said the idea was proposed in 2019, when he became an MLA for the first time, with the initiative discussed around an Independence Day flag-hoisting event. He highlighted Mapusa’s importance as a central hub for the seven constituencies of Bardez, attracting people for education, healthcare, shopping, business and court-related matters. He said Bardez Bhavan is expected to benefit both Mapusa city and the wider Bardez taluka by strengthening existing infrastructure and improving convenience for residents. #JoshuaDeSouza #BardezBhavan #Mapusa #Bardez #Goemkarponn Goemkarponn links https://www.facebook.com/goemkarponn https://www.instagram.com/goemkarponn/ https://x.com/goemkarponnlive
