Find Rest in God When Life Feels Heavy

You are tired. You keep going. You pray, you trust God, and you try to stay strong. Yet deep inside, the weight keeps getting heavier. In this video, you'll discover a biblical truth about rest that many Christians never learn: God's rest is not the absence of difficulty, but the peace you find when you stop carrying what was never meant to be yours. Many believers are waiting for their circumstances to change before they allow themselves to rest. They are carrying anxiety about the future, trying to control outcomes, holding onto situations they cannot fix, and silently carrying burdens they were meant to surrender to God. This message will challenge the way you think about rest, anxiety, surrender, prayer, God's Word, spiritual rhythms, and what it truly means to trust God when life still feels heavy. You'll discover why rest begins with honesty before God, how Scripture can reshape the way you see your circumstances, why surrender is essential to lasting peace, and how daily rhythms of prayer and God's Word can keep you rooted through difficult seasons. If you've been spiritually exhausted, overwhelmed by what you cannot control, or wondering how to find peace when your circumstances have not changed, this biblical teaching may show you a different way forward. 📚 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞: Download FaithSketch Bible studies, eBooks, and digital resources to grow in God's Word. 👉 https://ko-fi.com/faithsketch/shop ❤️ 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭:: Help FaithSketch continue sharing God's Word through Ko-fi.
