The Dangerous Revenge of a Former Best Friend | Drama Thriller Movie| Based On True Story| Lifetime

A Struggling Private Investigator Takes a Missing-Person Case—Then Learns His Beautiful Client Is the Most Dangerous Person Involved. Los Angeles detective Daniel Cross is running out of money when elegant stranger Claire Bennett walks into his office and asks him to find her missing brother, a flight instructor who vanished without explanation. The case looks simple. It is anything but. Daniel discovers the missing man was connected to a reckless criminal crew known for skydiving, extreme sports, and a spectacular robbery involving millions of dollars stolen from federal authorities. Everyone wants the money. Federal agents. The surviving thieves. And Claire. The deeper Daniel investigates, the clearer it becomes that his client never hired him simply to find her brother. She has been manipulating everyone around her, eliminating partners and using Daniel to lead her toward the stolen fortune. Now the detective who thought he was solving a disappearance must survive a woman who planned the entire game before she ever walked into his office.
