Today on Booze On The Rocks we're making the Remember The Rye cocktail a rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and cherry liqueur, this sophisticated cocktail has the structure of a Manhattan but takes a distinctly different direction. The rye provides a spicy, robust foundation, sweet vermouth adds herbal and wine-like richness, and cherry liqueur brings a subtle fruity sweetness. Add all of the ingredients except the absinthe to a stirring vessel. 2. Stir with ice for 20-30 seconds. 3 Rinse a chilled coupe with the absinthe and discard the remaining amount. 4.
