12 ‘Worthless’ Things Your Family Will Fight Over After You’re Gone

When a family clears out a parent's house, the expensive things are never what goes missing. The jewelry gets photographed. The silver gets weighed. Somebody measures the furniture and calls a hauler. The things that disappear are the ones nobody thought to protect, and they are almost always worth nothing. This video covers twelve objects that leave a house in the first hour of a clearance, what each one is actually worth, and the check that takes a few seconds and is almost never done. Plus the thirteenth thing, which isn't on the list, because it's different in every house. If you're clearing a parent's home, or you're the one whose home gets cleared someday, this is the conversation worth having while everybody is still in the room. #antiques #estatesale #heirlooms #declutter #familyhistory
