Claude Opus 6.0 Leaked?

Every few days someone says the next Claude is already here. This week it's Opus 6, or maybe Fable 5.5, supposedly launching next week. I went through the posts, the demos and Anthropic's own pages to sort out what's confirmed, what's only a screenshot, and how you'd actually know if your chats got routed to a new model.
